Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–2 years of public accounting experience required.
• Big Four experience preferred but not required.
• Public company audit experience preferred.
• Exposure to SEC reporting or financial reporting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quarterly and annual SEC reporting processes.
• Prepare and maintain reporting workpapers and supporting schedules.
• Support financial statement preparation and disclosure reporting.
• Perform account analyses and reconciliations.
• Compile and validate information used in external reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to support reporting initiatives.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Participate in process improvement and reporting efficiency projects.
