You will support daily accounting operations such as billing, invoice processing, and month-end close activities, while maintaining documentation and assisting with payroll-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Accounting internship, relevant work experience, or accounting coursework preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations, including billing and invoice processing.
• Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Process advisor billing information and support accurate fee payments.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting tasks.
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
