• BS in Accounting or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including disclosures.
• Coordinate financial reporting for broker-dealer subsidiaries, including footnotes and schedules.
• Develop monthly cash flow statements and maintain supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Research technical accounting issues and support process improvements.
