Job summary

Apollo Global Management is seeking an Associate, Financial Reporting - SEC and Management Reporting in New York, NY. You will support the financial reporting team to ensure SEC, GAAP and SOX compliance and to deliver accurate management reporting for key stakeholders.

You will prepare quarterly earnings releases, Form 10-Q and annual Form 10-K, assist with footnotes, MD&A, non-GAAP metrics, and maintain SOX documentation while driving process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC filings.
• CPA or equivalent preferred; Big 4/FS experience valued.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly earnings release, Form 10-Q, and annual Form 10-K.
• Review footnotes, MD&A, and non-GAAP metrics.
• Maintain SOX controls and documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal Entity Controllers and Consolidation teams.
• Support internal reporting packages for senior management.
