Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly Earnings Release, Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings
• Analyze non-GAAP metrics and fund performance data
• Ensure SEC/GAAP/SOX compliance
• Assist in internal reporting to senior management
• Maintain SOX controls and documentation
