Qualifications

• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Experience preparing or supporting SEC filings (10-Ks and 10-Qs).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and public company accounting requirements.
• Experience working within publicly traded company environments.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of SEC financial filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and related disclosures.
• Utilize NetSuite to support financial reporting, general ledger activities, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and public company reporting standards.
• Partner with internal accounting and finance teams to support financial reporting initiatives.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide audit support documentation.
• Assist with financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and compliance reporting.
• Support ongoing accounting projects and public company reporting deadlines.
