Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced SEC reporting professional for a high-impact, contract role. You will own key financial reporting processes and collaborate with auditors and finance leadership in a compliance-focused environment.

The position is fully remote with a start now and potential for long-term engagement, and may involve hybrid elements in Seattle as needed by the project scope.

Qualifications

• Proven experience preparing SEC filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and public company reporting requirements.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience in a financial reporting or accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
• Support financial reporting, account analysis, and general ledger activities using NetSuite.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and public company reporting requirements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors during quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
• Support financial analysis, disclosures, and other reporting initiatives as needed.
