Job summary

AB Staffing Solutions is seeking passionate, experienced BCBAs to join our education team in Washington. You will lead FBAs/BIPs, collaborate with teachers and families, and coach ABA strategies in classroom settings.

This full-year, 32-hour-per-week position offers strong credentialing support, travel stipends, and housing assistance for non-local candidates while promoting student growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• State licensure in Washington or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings (3+ years ideal).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support FBAs and BIPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student success.
• Model and coach ABA strategies in classroom settings.
