Job summary

AED CONSTRUCTORES is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based position in Hoquiam, WA. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, train staff, and collaborate with educators and families to ensure positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting FBAs and BIPs, and providing direct and indirect support to address behavioral, social, and emotional needs. A Master’s in a related field and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification with BACB.
• Minimum 1 year of school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Continuing Education reimbursement and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2 RBTs and support ABA services.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students.
• Provide behavior strategies and staff support for challenging cases.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to ensure student success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state/federal guidelines for education services.
