AB Staffing Solutions in Washington is seeking a qualified BCBA to join our education team at Kent-based schools. This full-year, 37.5-hour week role follows the district calendar and offers meaningful collaboration to support student growth.

You’ll conduct FBAs and develop BIPs, monitor progress, and partner with families and staff while upholding BACB ethics. Competitive pay, benefits, and relocation support for non-local candidates are provided.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Washington State licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• 3+ years of experience in school or pediatric settings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Monitor behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress.
• Provide support and guidance to paraeducators, RBTs, and school staff.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and district procedures.
• Support students with behavioral, developmental, and communication needs.

Position Highlights:

• Hours: 37.5 hours/week, full academic year contract.

• Weekly Range: $2,437 - $2,737.50 per week (depending on experience).

As a School BCBA, you’ll:
