Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Lake Tapps, WA. The role offers full-time hours, a hybrid model with 50/50 on-site and off-site work, and collaboration with school teams to support students' communication goals.

Responsibilities include assessments, IEP collaboration, direct therapy, progress documentation, and staying current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state.
• Washington ESA certificate may be required.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility.
• SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold licenses in both states.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative in approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders among students in the school district.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing students' goals with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal development and support academic success.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other professionals to support student communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, sessions, and communications per regulatory standards.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents on strategies for communication development.
