Qualifications

• At least three years of roofing, construction estimating, or related project-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and safe work at height.
• Familiar with reading construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Proven estimating experience, including quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Clean driving license and ability to travel across Greater Seattle Area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job-site visits and assess residential and commercial roofing projects.
• Measure roofs and evaluate conditions, access needs, materials, and scope.
• Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and customer proposals.
