Qualifications

• Proven sales or estimating experience, preferably 3–5 years in roofing, construction, home improvement, or home-services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedule and conduct 1–3 customer appointments per day.
• Build relationships with homeowners, assess roofing needs and close sales.
• Evaluate roofing projects and prepare estimates based on scope and margins.
• Manage leads, network, and door-knock around active job sites.
• Document estimates and track appointments using company tools.
• Work independently and own the Seattle territory with limited supervision.
