Job summary

Tecta America Seattle is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to support sales and project teams by estimating costs based on project specifications. You will oversee all aspects of projects to achieve budgetary, productivity, quality, and safety goals, reporting to the President.

Responsibilities include bidding, pricing, change orders, supplier pricing, and coordinating with owners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure scope and price accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 3+ years in construction with customer relations.
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and visit job sites.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and set project objectives and goals.
• Estimate costs and prepare proposals.
• Review invoices and contracts for accuracy.
• Oversee projects to meet budget, quality, and safety.
• Develop relationships with owners, contractors, and suppliers.
• Lead production crews and coordinate schedules.
