Job summary

Tecta America Seattle, a commercial roofing contractor, seeks an Estimator/Project Manager to support sales and project teams by estimating costs based on project specifications. You will communicate with stakeholders, oversee budgets, productivity, quality, and safety initiatives, and lead process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities include bidding, supplier pricing, site visits, and leading roofing crews, while maintaining strong relationships with owners and contractors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is desirable.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate job costs and submit proposals for review.
• Visit jobs and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Oversee commercial roofing production crews.
• Develop relationships with owners, contractors and suppliers.
• Track labor and material costs of jobs.
• Review invoices, contracts and proposals for scope and price accuracy.
