Flat Roof Pros, Inc. NW is seeking an energetic roofing sales professional to prospect, inspect roofs, prepare clear estimates, and close profitable projects across residential, multifamily, and commercial properties in the Greater Seattle Area.

This field role combines in-person field work with occasional office collaboration in Auburn, WA, with hybrid flexibility when the field schedule allows. You will build a robust pipeline, develop relationships with stakeholders, and guide customers from

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional sales experience.
• Outbound prospecting or business development experience.
• Roofing, construction, or field-service sales background preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to the Auburn office and job sites in the Greater Seattle Area.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own sales pipeline, with at least 70% self-sourced opportunities.
• Develop relationships with property managers, owners, general contractors, homeowners, and past customers.
• Perform on-site roof inspections under varying weather, including ladders and heights.
• Document roof conditions with photos and notes; identify customer priorities.
• Prepare accurate estimates and clear proposals for repair, restoration, or replacement.
• Present recommendations, negotiate terms, and close sales; ensure timely follow-up.
