Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage high-volume interview scheduling in a fast-paced, in-person setting. You will be the main point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers, coordinating agendas across time zones and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize competing requests while maintaining accurate records and generating reports on interview metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint

Responsabilités

• Scheduling virtual and in-person interviews and debrief events
• Working directly with candidates, hiring managers, business stakeholders and in some cases arranging travel for candidates located outside of the city of the role, if required
• Partner with Recruiters on SLAs to respond successfully to business demands
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on interview status
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience, automation and scheduling efficiency
• To provide training/onboarding support to new peers in the role
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
