Job summary

Amazon Recruiting Operations Center in Nashville, TN is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage high-volume interview scheduling and serve as the main point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers. This in-person, full-time role requires coordinating across time zones, configuring interview logistics, and maintaining smooth candidate communications.

Key duties include scheduling, travel arrangements if needed, SLA alignment with recruiters, and producing interview metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
• Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
• Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
• Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS)

Responsibilities

• Scheduling virtual and in-person interviews and debrief events.
• Working directly with candidates, hiring managers, business stakeholders and in some cases arranging travel for candidates located outside of the city of the role, if required.
• Partner with Recruiters on SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to respond successfully to business demands.
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on interview status.
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience, automation and scheduling efficiency.
• To provide training/onboarding support to new peers in the role.
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
