Job summary

Amazon seeks a Recruiting Coordinator for the Recruiting Operations Center in Seattle. This full-time, in-person role focuses on scheduling high-volume interviews and serving as the main contact among candidates, recruiters, and interviewers across multiple time zones.

The RC will ensure clear communication, manage last-minute changes, provide detailed interview information, and generate reports on interview metrics and efficiency while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling virtual and in-person interviews and debrief events.
• Working directly with candidates, hiring managers, business stakeholders and in some cases arranging travel for candidates located outside of the city of the role, if required.
• Partner with Recruiters on SLAs to respond successfully to business demands.
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on interview status.
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience, automation and scheduling efficiency.
• To provide training/onboarding support to new peers in the role.
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
