Botanical Designs LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to serve as the Aspire software specialist for the Seattle branch. You will support daily functions with scheduling, ticket management, invoicing, and inventory tracking to keep maintenance and installation teams running smoothly.

In this role you will manage service tickets across Maintenance, Irrigation and Install divisions, generate performance reports, and collaborate across Account Managers, Operations, and Supervisors.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in operations, scheduling, or administrative support.
• Strong knowledge of Aspire or similar project management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Mansioni

• Serve as Aspire software expert and branch point of contact.
• Manage service tickets across Maintenance, Irrigation and Install divisions.
• Coordinate daily/weekly scheduling to optimize crew efficiency.
• Assist with invoicing and ensure data accuracy in Aspire.
• Track inventory and coordinate with procurement and warehouse.
