Job summary

Kizuki International LLC is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead a facilities team across the Seattle market, overseeing preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, vendor performance, and facility standards for 15+ restaurants.

You will drive a proactive maintenance program focused on equipment reliability, lifecycle planning, and cost control, with hands-on responsibility for HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, HVAC, refrigeration or commercial maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing facilities or maintenance teams.
• Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, retail or commercial facilities.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, heating + cooling, commercial refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and general restaurant equipment.
• Experience managing preventative maintenance programs, emergency repairs, vendors and repair + maintenance budgets.
• Ability to diagnose facility and equipment issues and determine when repairs should be handled internally vs. outsourced.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a facilities supervisor and a team of 3–5 members across Seattle market.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and vendor performance.
• Develop proactive facilities program focused on equipment reliability and lifecycle planning.
• Forecast replacement needs and manage repair cost control.
• Ensure tickets are completed and closed on time; reduce downtime across restaurants.
• Travel regularly between 15+ Seattle area restaurants and 4 commissary kitchens.
