Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an experienced District Manager for the Seattle area to lead a portfolio of stores, coach Store Managers and drive district results. You will report to regional leadership and ensure consistent messaging across locations.

The role includes travel across the district, executing company initiatives and managing performance with a strong focus on profitability and customer service. A district bonus is offered based on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
• Ability to supervise and coach Store Managers across locations.
• Strong communication between regional leadership and store teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises six to eight Store Managers and coaches them to motivate and support teams.
• Develops relationships with Regional Manager, HRBP and Corporate personnel.
• Ensures execution of new company initiatives and policies.
• Reviews district and store performance and coaches managers to improve results.
• Travel between locations to support stores and meet district goals.
