Job summary

Biote Corp. in Seattle is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to provide sales support and grow revenues within an assigned territory, working with established clinics. You will recruit physicians and practitioners, deliver presentations, and manage relationships to expand Biote’s presence.

Collaborating with regional teams, you will coordinate trainings and local events while maintaining CRM records and driving strategic growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or Communications (or Medical Sales College).
• Previous sales experience or participation in a sales program is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for the territory.
• Recruit new physicians and practitioners via cold calling, email outreach, referrals, etc., and close sales.
• Deliver and facilitate presentations to providers to promote Biote services and products.
• Provide sales support to existing Biote providers within assigned markets/territories.
• Build relationships with provider offices across multiple markets within defined territories.
• Acquire and retain knowledge of hormone replacement therapy, Biote products, and sales approaches.
• Maintain existing Biote accounts with reviews, trainings, and cross-selling activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of contacts, activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Region Manager, Clinical Education, Marketing, and Operations to coordinate trainings and events.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, Biote employees, and vendors in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
