Job summary

Odeko is seeking a Seattle Market Manager to lead revenue growth and partner with independent coffee shops. You will onboard cafes, manage relationships, and drive expansion by upselling and launching new products.

You will also coordinate with Operations and Support to resolve issues and use HubSpot to track activity. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or local coffee leadership, a proven ability to close deals, and a passion for supporting small businesses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales/account management or local coffee leadership experience.
• Proven ability to discover and close sales opportunities and build client relationships.
• Experience managing a revenue pipeline to achieve targets.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Passion for coffee and small business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue goals through new customer acquisition and growing existing accounts.
• Onboard independent coffee shop owners to Odeko’s local supply delivery service.
• Develop new client relationships using Odeko’s data-driven prospect database.
• Upsell and expand with in-person visits to cafes and by launching new products.
• Collaborate with Operations and Support to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records in HubSpot to report activity and conversations.
