Job summary

Odeko is seeking a Seattle Market Manager to lead revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts for our local delivery service. You will onboard independent coffee shops and leverage data-driven prospecting to build strong relationships, reporting progress in HubSpot CRM.

You will manage the full lifecycle from pre- to post-sale, working with Operations and Support to resolve issues, and partnering with local vendors on events and sampling campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/account management or local coffee leadership experience.
• Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships.
• Self-directed and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience managing a pipeline to hit revenue targets.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on needs.
• Passion for coffee and small business; coffee background is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Achieving monthly revenue goals through new customer acquisition and growing existing accounts.
• Onboard independent coffee shops to Odeko’s local delivery service.
• Use data-driven prospecting to grow partnerships in the market.
• Own the customer relationship pre- and post-sale, focusing on retention and expansion.
• Collaborate with Operations and Support to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records (HubSpot) to report activity.
• Partner with vendor partners for local coffee events and sampling campaigns.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams, advocating for product improvements.
• Develop knowledge of local and national trends in specialty coffee.
