Greystar is hiring a Service Technician for Aspira Seattle, a 325‑unit high‑rise in Belltown. The role covers technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings meet safety, cleanliness and operational standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready units, managing materials, and documenting tasks. OSHA safety training and a valid driver's license are required, with EPA refrigerant certifications. Market‑level compensation is provided with benefits.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Track materials and inventory from maintenance and notify supervisor when re‑ordering is needed.
• Complete documentation and paperwork in a timely, accurate manner for service requests.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities and assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing them when possible.
