Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our new 550-unit high-rise near downtown Seattle. You will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, performing make-ready prep for new residents, maintaining exterior areas, and assisting with vendor coordination. A strong toolbox, attention to detail, and solid communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
