Job summary

Greystar is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for the Ascent South Lake Union community in Seattle. The role focuses on timely repairs, appliance service, and making apartments ready for new residents while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

You will perform preventative maintenance, help manage vendor work, and maintain common areas. The position offers onsite duties with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal refrigerant certifications required for technicians.
• Professional appearance and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs).
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing the make-ready process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment.
