Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Washington State Bar.
• Two years of litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment law.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Drafting motions and agency position statements.
• Collaborate with team on employment litigation matters.
