Job summary

Fisher Phillips in Seattle seeks a Junior Employment Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join its Employment Litigation team, representing employers across Washington and the Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate will draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, draft motions and agency position statements, and bring strong research and writing skills.

Admission to the WA bar and a JD from an ABA-accredited school are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment law.

Seattle – Junior Employment Litigation Associate

The Seattle office of Fisher Phillips seeks a junior associate with 2-3 years of experience to join its Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated management-side labor and employment practice representing employers throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting motions, and drafting agency position statements. Although we would prefer candidates with some experience in employment law, we are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in any litigation arena. Pursuant to Washington regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $180,000-$200,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, seniority, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
