Job summary

SkyChefs in Seattle, WA, seeks an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, employee relations, leaves, workers' compensation, benefits, compliance, investigations, training, and payroll support.

The role partners with leaders to foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance while maintaining confidentiality and providing guidance to employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Two to four years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices and confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, employee relations, leaves, workers' compensation, benefits administration, compliance, investigations, training and HR/payroll support.
• Partner with leaders to foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing work environment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws while guiding employees and handling issues.
