LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in hiring an HR Generalist for a 100% onsite role in Seattle. This long-term contract is a full-time opportunity designed for a candidate who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced HR environment.

You will handle recruiting, onboarding, LOAs, and benefits administration while maintaining clear communication and meeting tight deadlines. Proactive problem solving and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar field is preferred or high school diploma with relevant experience
• 3–5 years HR experience in a fast-paced environment strongly desired
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and ability to work well with others
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
