Job summary

Stratton Amenities is seeking a hands-on Hospitality Supervisor in Seattle, WA for a part-time, field-based role across multiple Class A properties. You will supervise front desk concierge and loading dock teams, coach staff, and uphold service standards daily.

Travel between properties is required. You will assist with recruiting, training, staffing coverage, and serve as a frontline escalation point, supporting the Hospitality Manager to sustain client satisfaction and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality or related field.
• Ability to coach, train and develop employees.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership across multiple Class A properties.
• Coach, mentor, and develop front desk and loading dock teams.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and service audits.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and training of staff.
• Reinforce hospitality and appearance standards and procedures.
• Respond to staffing shortages and operational challenges.
• Cover front desk or loading dock roles as needed to maintain service.
• Escalate shift-level issues and employee concerns to leadership.
• Support new procedures and service-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with property teams to ensure client satisfaction.
