Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet tenants, guests, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
• Register visitors and maintain visitor management records; issue visitor badges and access credentials.
• Verify guest access and communicate with tenants about visitor arrivals.
• Answer questions regarding the property, building amenities and area.
• Assist visitors with directions and general information.
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain awareness of building operations.
• Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain professional communication with tenants, visitors, property management, and vendors.
• Support building events and special activities as needed.
• Complete daily reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company uniform standards.
• Follow all site-specific procedures, policies, and post orders.
