Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is seeking a Home Care Coordinator (HCC) to support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, compliance, staffing, and day-to-day branch operations. The HCC works closely with Home Care Supervisors, Human Resources, and operations teams to ensure caregivers are recruited, hired, prepared, scheduled, and supported throughout their employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least one year of recruiting experience preferred.
• Healthcare or home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and coordinate hiring of qualified caregivers and field employees.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure compliance before field assignments.
• Maintain accurate employee information in HRIS/records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and caregiver-client matching across the branch.
• Assist with client communications, scheduling updates, and service-related inquiries.
• Contribute to onboarding, training, and performance documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll-related tasks.
