Qualifications

• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience in home care.
• Strong coaching and frontline staff development skills.
• Knowledge of Washington State home care regulations.
• Ability to manage caregiver-client caseload and ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a caseload of caregivers and clients.
• Conduct caregiver visits and performance coaching.
• Complete client assessments and quality assurance visits.
• Develop and update client care plans.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
