Job summary

Greystar seeks a Service Technician for Aspira Seattle, a 325-unit elevated high-rise in Belltown. You will perform maintenance, complete work orders, and prep vacant apartments for leasing while upholding safety standards.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with state/local rules. The position offers a 24.00–27.50 USD hourly rate, robust benefits, and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• State and Local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Completes the make-ready process to prep vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Follows procedures to access materials and track inventory, returning unused items and notifying supervision on re-orders.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, debris removal, pressure-washing, and painting curbs/signage as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using tools properly.
• Complies with safety policies by attending safety meetings and completing required safety trainings.
• May inspect work by contractors/vendors to verify quality and scope.
