Job summary

Securitas USA in Seattle, WA is seeking an Employee Relations | Human Resources Generalist to support the HR Manager with employee relations, investigations, and corrective action in a fast-paced in-office environment. You will respond to policy queries, maintain records, generate HR reports, and uphold confidentiality while aligning with our Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness values.

This role requires 1+ year HR experience, a high school diploma, and willingness to undergo pre-employment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
• At least 1 year human resources experience required.
• HR Investigations experience required.
• Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle. preferred.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Prior customer service experience in fast-paced environment needed.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your manager on employee relations matters.
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies and workplace concerns.
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare reports and track HR processes across multiple software platforms.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
