Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of a new branch, with a focus on growth and expansion.
• Train and develop new staff and ensure the branch adheres to safety policies and code of conduct.
• Ensure accurate tracking of equipment and consumables inventory.
• Regularly visit client locations to meet with customers, educate them about Zedcor services and complete sales contracts.
• Follow up on sales leads generated through in person visits, phone calls, or other sources.
• Prospect potential customers using various direct methods, such as cold-calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
• Gather market data on pricing, client needs, client size, etc.;
• Ensure adherence to standardized processes and contract terms as determined by management.
• Build, develop and maintain profitable business partnerships and relationships which promote long-term success for both Zedcor and its clients.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
