Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of a new branch with focus on growth and expansion
• Train and develop staff and ensure adherence to safety policies and code of conduct
• Maintain accurate tracking of equipment and consumables inventory
• Regularly visit client locations to educate customers about Zedcor services and complete sales contracts
• Follow up on sales leads from in-person visits, calls, or other sources
• Prospect potential customers via direct methods (cold-calling, meetings) and networking
• Gather market data on pricing, client needs, and client size
• Ensure adherence to standardized processes and contract terms set by management
• Build, develop and maintain profitable partnerships and long-term client relationships
• Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
