Job summary

Crisis Connections is seeking a Crisis Services Clinician to join our Seattle-based, in-person team. You will oversee Crisis Support Specialists and Crisis Intervention Specialists, guiding crisis response on three service areas: Crisis Services, Dispatch Services, and Professional Services.

You will lead risk assessments, safety planning, and referrals to higher levels of care as needed. As a Mental Health Professional, you will coordinate with clinical staff to ensure emotional support,

Qualifications

• Crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment expertise.
• Ability to provide emotional support and safety planning.
• Experience guiding CSS and CIS during crisis calls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSS and CIS during scheduled shifts.
• Assess behavioral health and suicide risk and de-escalate crises.
• Document calls accurately in the electronic health record.
• Provide feedback and coaching to frontline crisis staff.
• Coordinate with crisis services to connect callers with resources.
