Job summary

BNP Associates, Inc. in Seattle seeks a strategic Project Manager to lead the Baggage Optimization Program, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of baggage handling system projects from construction through commissioning.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and BNP quality standards while mentoring junior staff and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in baggage handling systems or related infrastructure/projects
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from design through construction
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts on large-scale projects
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ACC preferred; proficiency in MS Word/Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead the Baggage Optimization Program through construction, commissioning, and closeout
• Review detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and budget; identify risks and resolve delays
• Coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams to align deliverables
• Manage change orders, submittals, and RFIs throughout construction
• Coordinate inspections, commissioning, testing and track deficiencies
• Prepare project status reports and contribute to lessons-learned reviews
