Job summary

BNP Associates, Inc. in Seattle seeks a strategic Project Manager to lead the Baggage Optimization Program from planning through closeout, coordinating design, engineering, and construction teams while maintaining BNP's quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in project management for baggage handling or related infrastructure, strong client relations, budget and schedule management, and excellent communication. On-site in Seattle with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in baggage handling systems or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects from design through construction.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts on large-scale technical projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Familiarity with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) preferred; proficient in MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Baggage Optimization Program through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Review plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; identify risks.
• Coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams for milestones.
• Manage change orders, submittals, and RFIs throughout construction.
• Maintain client updates and manage expectations; represent BNP in meetings.
