Job summary

OLIPOP is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our team and represent us in the Seattle metro territory. This role focuses on field impact, building relationships with distributors and third-party sales resources, and expanding key store placements.

You will open new doors while accelerating high-velocity sales in the market, with opportunities for personal growth, responsibility, and a fast-paced, fun environment. Occasional travel and flexible hours apply.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of customer behavior.

• Strong planning, organization and communication skills.
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; Slack/Zoom preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly volume and distribution goals.
• Conduct weekly route rides with DSD partners and food brokers.
• Monitor inventory and proper use of POS material.
• Provide reports on distribution levels, display and sales.
• Implement incentive programs with distributors.
• Manage new item launches and retail programs.
• Gain additional placement within accounts and cooler placement.
• Collaborate with field marketing to grow market share.
• Occasional travel to assist other markets, roughly quarterly.
