• Ensure seat solutions meet vehicle specs, quality, cost, mass, and timing targets.
• Lead technical reviews, DFMEA, and cross-functional issue-resolution forums.
• Partner with suppliers to develop and launch seat systems meeting GM requirements.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation with clear owners.
