General Motors is seeking a Seat Complete Engineering Group Manager (EGM) at the Warren Tech Center. The role leads GMNA seat DREs and seat integration engineers, guiding complete seat systems from concept through launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience leading complete seat engineering and integration.
• Deep technical knowledge of automotive seating systems and interfaces.
• Ability to lead development from concept to launch with autonomous decision-making.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead GMNA Seat DREs and seat integration engineers across programs.
• Define technical direction, requirements, interfaces, and validation plans.
• Ensure seat solutions meet vehicle specs, quality, cost, and timing.
• Conduct technical reviews, DFMEA/DFSS activities, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enable launches.
• Travel as required during development, execution, and launch phases.
