Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years engineering experience.
• Experience in interior engineering and vehicle integration.

Responsibilities

• Own interior coordination across systems and vehicle interfaces to meet targets.
• Provide technical leadership, drive risk mitigation and decision making.
• Deliver executive-ready updates and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Lead interior program planning, scope management and supplier readiness.
• Guide cross-functional alignment and resolution of launch issues.
