Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written instructions, drawings, and specs.
• Able to use hand tools and perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, upholstery, aerospace, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble seat components and related products according to specifications and work instructions.
• Gather materials, parts, and hardware required for production.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Follow production processes and quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records as required.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and report concerns to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing, bending, reaching, and using hands.
• Complete assigned work orders and production tasks on schedule.
