Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing, bending, reaching, and using hands.
• Complete assigned work orders and production tasks on schedule.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening (non-THC)
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, drawings, work orders, and product specifications
• Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required throughout the production process
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, upholstery, automotive, aerospace, or related experience preferred
• Ability to manage changing priorities and meet production deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Hours to be confirmed by employer

Pay Rate

• $17.00 per hour
• Eligible for company benefits upon successful completion of the probationary period and permanent hire. Benefit details will be provided at that time.
