Job summary

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required.

• Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, work orders, and product specifications.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required throughout production.
• Previous manufacturing/assembly/upholstery/aerospace or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble seat components and related products according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Gather and organize materials, parts, and hardware required for production.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow established production processes and quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and report concerns to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing, bending, reaching, and using hands throughout the workday.
• Complete assigned work orders and production tasks on schedule.
